Restricted activities<\/span><\/h2><div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">1.1 You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Services:<\/span><\/h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or causes AYABANK to breach any applicable law or regulation;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">for anything that is abusive, harmful, or does not comply with our content standards;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">for any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material, or any other form of spam;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">to deal in harmful programs such as viruses, spyware, or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">in any way that would locally or internationally evade any applicable taxes or facilitate tax evasion.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">1.2 Unsupported Businesses and Transactions<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">The restrictions below do not apply to lawful transactions using the AYABANK Multi-Currency Card. For more information on the acceptable use of the AYABANK Multi-Currency Card, please see the AYABANK Multi-Currency Card Supplement to the Customer Agreement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">We do not support businesses or transactions which are involved in any of the following categories, such businesses or transactions may be declined. While this list is representative, it is not exhaustive, and we reserve our right to deny our services to any customers who exceed our risk tolerance.<\/span><\/p><h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">1.2.1 Regulated or illegal products and services<\/span><\/h4><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Adult content.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Pornography and other visual content depicting explicitly sexual acts.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Services of sexual nature (webcam shows, live chats, prostitution, escorts, etc).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Sexually oriented establishments (massage parlors, strip clubs, gentleman\u2019s clubs).<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Alcohol businesses.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Payments for the sale of alcohol to retail customers are not supported.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Tobacco products.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Cannabis.<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Products containing CBD.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Any other products or services related to legal marijuana trade.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Certain controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer safety.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Smart drugs, nootropic supplements.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Substances that provide similar effects as illegal drugs (kratom, khat, etc.)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Anabolic steroids and peptides.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Drug paraphernalia.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Any equipment, product, or material which is intended for making, using, or concealing drugs<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Pharmaceuticals.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Nutraceuticals, pseudo-pharmaceuticals, and other products which make unreasonable health claims not approved or verified by the applicable regulatory body.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Online pharmacies.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Prescription-only pharmaceutical drugs.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Payments for the sale of pharmaceutical products to retail customers are not supported.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Chemicals.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Commodity chemicals.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Counterfeit or unauthorised goods.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Unauthorised sale of designer and\/or brand products.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Sale of illegally imported or exported goods.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Gambling.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li>Casino<\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Fantasy sports with cash prizes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Games of chance with cash prizes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Sales of in-game currencies by unauthorised vendors.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Any type of gambling payments or businesses related to Turkey, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates or Singapore.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Any other type of businesses related to gambling, up to AYABANK\u2019s own discretion.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Any product or service that directly infringes or facilitates infringement upon the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, proprietary, or privacy rights of any third party.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Products and services which are not legal in the jurisdiction they are being offered in.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4><h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">1.2.2 Financial and other professional services<\/span><\/h4><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Binary options.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Escrow services.<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Using AYABANK Borderless account as an escrow account.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Companies involved in the exchange or trading of cryptocurrencies, or any other virtual currencies.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Including payments for the purpose of purchasing cryptocurrencies.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Marketplaces from countries outside of European Economic Area and\/or European Union or the United States.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Money service businesses, or any businesses that carry on the activity of:<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Operating a bureau de change or currency exchange service.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Transmitting money, or any representation of monetary value, on behalf of third parties.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Cashing cheques.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Payment processing.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Platforms allowing the trading and\/or exchanging of FX\/CFD\/options.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; background-color: style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">IPTV and VOIP services.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Individuals, entities, or countries subject to international sanctions.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Weaponry, military and semi-military goods and services.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Weapons (including weapons of historic significance), military software, or any other goods or services intended for military use.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Nonprofit organisations and charities from countries outside of Canada, European Economic Area and\/or European Union, Switzerland, USA, Australia, or New Zealand.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Unregistered charities are not supported from any regions.<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Trusts and foundations from countries outside of Canada, European Economic Area and\/or European Union, Switzerland, USA, directly or indirectly linked to Cuba<\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">Surrogacy may only use your AYABANK Account Number to receive funds into your AYABANK Account for the following purposes:<\/span><\/h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">receiving your own salary and\/or wages;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">receiving payouts from e-commerce and freelancer platforms;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">receiving payments from family, friends or other people you know for personal purposes;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">receiving payments from your clients and other third parties for the purpose of business payments.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">You may not use your personal AYABANK account to receive business payments.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span Content standards<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">These content standards apply to any material you contribute to our Services (contributions).<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">2.1 Contributions must:<\/span><\/h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">be accurate;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">be genuinely held (where they state opinions);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted, or to which they relate.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">2.2 Contributions must not:<\/span><\/h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">contain any material which is defamatory;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">promote sexually explicit material;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">promote violence;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">infringe any copyright, database right, or trademark of any other person;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">be likely to deceive any person;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">promote any illegal activity;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">be abusive, threatening in any way, invade another\u2019s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">give the impression that they relate to AYABANK, if this is not the case;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">3. Suspension and termination<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">We alone will determine whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our Services.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><h3><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">3.1 We take breach of this policy seriously and may take the following actions:<\/span><\/h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Services;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">suspend or cancel your payment orders and take such other actions as we consider necessary;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">issue of a warning;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs on an \u201call expenses\u201d basis;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">reporting and disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><h2><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\">4.
